Returns & Refunds

Every Roc Sexi Apparel piece is made to order just for you, so we can't accept returns or exchanges for wrong size or change of mind. Please check the size chart before ordering.

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or you received the wrong item, we'll make it right. Email us at rocsexiapparel.orders@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem, and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund, your choice. You won't need to send the item back.

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, before production starts.
