5. Customer Artwork and Uploads
If you submit, upload, or send artwork, images, text, quotes, or designs for an order or through our design studio:
- You confirm that you own the work, or that you have permission from the owner to use it.
- Your artwork stays yours. Submitting artwork does not transfer your ownership to ROC SEXI APPAREL, LLC.
- You give ROC SEXI APPAREL, LLC permission to use the artwork only as needed to create and deliver your order.
- ROC SEXI APPAREL, LLC will not sell your artwork, use it on other products, or use it for its own gain outside completing your order, without a separate written agreement with you.
- ROC SEXI APPAREL, LLC is not liable for copyright or trademark infringement in customer-submitted artwork, and may refuse or cancel any order that appears to infringe the rights of another person or company, or that is unlawful, hateful, or otherwise inappropriate.
